Sliding doors leading to large balcony with flowers and plants, wrought iron table and 6 wrought iron chairs. Stunning views of the Mijas Mountains. The whole 3 double bedroom Villa is available for rental during June, July, August and September. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside Casa Katrin. Smoking is allowed outside the villa but please dispose of cigarette ends in a tidy and responsible way. Fire is a great hazard in the summer months in Spain.
DAMAGE POLICY: Damaged items will be charged at replacement value.
PARKING: Please park in front of the garage off the road.
